All costs for participation are listed on our dedicated page and registration form. Costs are calculated in Yuan Renminbi (RMB), but it is also possible to pay in Euro or US Dollar.

Q: What kind of visitor attends R+T Asia?
R+T Asia is widely acclaimed for being the gathering of the year for retailers and wholesalers of roller shutters, doors/gates, windows and sun protection systems, not only from China but also from all around the Asia Pacific region and beyond. For these professionals, it is the sourcing event of the year. In addition to these primary visitors, a growing number of architects and interior designers are also attending the show to get insights on new trends and products.

Q: Do visitors sign contracts during the show?
Most certainly. R+T Asia is an important sourcing event for the industry, and thousands of trade visitors flock to the show to place orders for the year to come. Q: Do I need to prepare promotion material in Chinese?
Although more and more Chinese businessmen now master some English, it is strongly recommended to prepare collaterals (brochures, posters, etc.) in Chinese to facilitate communication with the numerous potential buyers you will meet during three days at the show. Also, hiring an interpreter can be extremely useful. This service can be ordered via the organizer for a moderate cost by completing and submitting the corresponding form in the online exhibitor manual.
Q: Can I sell products directly at the show?
Yes, products can be sold directly to customers during the show.
Q: Should we plan to keep our booth open throughout the show?
Yes! To maintain an active show floor, exhibits are not permitted to exit the premises before the end of the last day of the show, and all relevant formalities (custom clearance, taxes, etc.) should be completed before exiting. If needed, the official freight forwarder will assist exhibitors with this task.
Q: What are the accommodation options?

Q: How do I register and get my badge?
Online registration through this website opens at the end of September and will close at 5:00 p.m. Beijing Time (4:00 a.m. Eastern USA, 09:00 a.m. London) on March 18, 2016. All pre-registered visitors coming from abroad can print their own badge at home and avoid the lines at the Pre-registered counter at the show. If you have not pre-registered, the on-site fee to enter the show is 200 RMB.
Q: How do I get a letter of invitation to apply for a visa?
Tourist visas usually do not require an invitation letter. However, we strongly recommend that you check with the Chinese embassy/consulate in your country of origin. Q: Is there a shuttle bus service from my hotel or from the metro station?
During the show dates, complimentary shuttle buses will run between designated hotels and Longyang Road Metro Station. The buses typically run every 5-15 minutes.
Q: What is the code of conduct for attendees?
R+T Asia’s a business-to-business event. In order to ensure a business-conducive environment at the show, activities such as unsolicited sales or distribution of promotion material by non-exhibitors will not be tolerated.
Q: Are children allowed to attend the show?
No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor. Children, friends and family who accompany you to Shanghai will not be granted access to R+T Asia unless they are over the age of 16 and have proof of industry affiliation. For safety reasons, luggage is also not allowed on the show floor.
